Before a counterparty can read the document, Legatio can verify their PAN, driving licence, voter ID or passport, or a company's GST, Udyam or TAN, and print the result on the certificate.
Choose Aadhaar eSign (IT Act §3A), DSC (§3) or OTP-bound visual signatures (§10A). Up to 50 parties, in sequence or in parallel, from any phone.
Counterparties flag text, comment and propose replacements inside the document. You accept, edit, reject or counter. The agreed version re-renders and everyone confirms before signing.
Payment terms: invoices are payable within 30 days 45 days of receipt.
Every executed document is stored with a separate certificate of execution, a hash-chained audit trail and a public verification page, for eight years by default.
Amendments, extensions and addenda are chained to the executed original, which is embedded byte-for-byte and never re-signed. Termination needs both sides' OTP.
Departments get their own people, templates and vault. Roles control who drafts, reviews, sends and signs. Unlimited users on every plan.
